Born and raised in the South Bay, now living in Huntington Beach, he has a love for the So Cal beach communities and all they have to offer.

His area range is broad however, his focus and knowledge of two areas is evident. The South Bay, an area where he grew up, conducts business and has built many homes, and the Huntington & Newport Beach areas where he relocated to 22 years ago. As a licensed General Contractor since 1987 and builder of fine luxury homes for many years his knowledge extends beyond just the sale of real estate. This extended knowledge has proved very helpful to clients.
